- My ProjectWise Bundle provides your organization with a dedicated ProjectWise environment (tenant) for engineering and construction data management, collaboration, validation with full ownership and control along with dedicated access and user subscriptions for up to 21 users (6 ProjectWise and 15 Connect subscriptions).
- Who is My ProjectWise Bundle designed for?
- My ProjectWise Bundle is intended for organizations that want to manage their own projects in a dedicated ProjectWise environment, rather than working only in environments hosted by other organizations.
- Does My ProjectWise Bundle support standards such as ISO 19650?
- Yes. The ProjectWise environment included in My ProjectWise Bundle is preconfigured with ISO 19650 workflows to support standardized project delivery.
- What is My ProjectWise Bundle typically used for?
- It is used for centralized project delivery and document management within a dedicated ProjectWise environment that is owned and operated by your organization.
- Why is region selection important?
- Selecting the correct region helps ensure data residency alignment, predictable performance for regional teams, and consistency with organizational or project data‑location requirements.
- Is My ProjectWise Bundle available with Connect alone?
- No. My ProjectWise Bundle is available only with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud ProjectWise and is not included with Connect alone.
- Can My ProjectWise Bundle scale as my needs grow?
- Yes. After purchasing My ProjectWise Bundle, you can add additional ProjectWise or Connect subscriptions through Bentley’s eStore as needed.
- Do I need my own ProjectWise Environment to use Bentley Infrastructure Cloud?
- No. Many Bentley Infrastructure Cloud workflows—such as iModel viewing, design review, PDF markup, issue management, and basic document collaboration—do not require you to own a ProjectWise environment. You can also participate in projects hosted in another organization’s ProjectWise environment. To be able to host your own projects and data, and invite others to collaborate, you will need your own ProjectWise Environment.
- Can I buy Bentley Infrastructure Cloud Connect or ProjectWise per user from the eStore?
- Yes. Individual Bentley Infrastructure Cloud Connect and ProjectWise user subscriptions can be purchased directly from Bentley’s eStore. Purchasing subscriptions per user does not include a dedicated ProjectWise environment—you can use these subscriptions to participate in projects hosted by another organization, but you will not get your own ProjectWise environment.
- Can I use My ProjectWise Bundle out of the box?
- No. It will come with an ISO 19650 template, however setting up, configuring and managing ProjectWise to get the best user experience requires ProjectWise Administrator expertise. Bentley Systems offer a Services package inclusive of set up, configuration and training of key personnel. Third party service providers are also available. If you require assistance with this, please contact your Bentley representative or designated Channel Sales partner to discuss. Additional charges for services will apply.
- What happens after I purchase My ProjectWise Bundle?
After purchase, the following steps occur:
- The purchaser receives a confirmation email once payment is successfully cleared.
- The designated administrator receives a fulfilment document for the included ProjectWise and Connect licenses.
- Once the environment setup is completed, the administrator receives a separate email confirming that the ProjectWise environment is ready, along with instructions to get started.
- Who receives notifications during setup?
- The purchaser receives payment confirmation.
- The designated ProjectWise administrator receives:
- License fulfilment documentation, and
- A follow-up email confirming that the ProjectWise environment has been provisioned and is ready for use.
- Why isn’t my ProjectWise environment available immediately?
- My ProjectWise Bundle includes a dedicated ProjectWise environment that must be provisioned and configured for your selected region. This setup process takes time to complete and cannot be accessed until provisioning is finalized.
- When should I contact support if my environment is not ready?
- Please allow up to one business day after purchase for the provisioning process to complete. If your administrator has not received the environment‑ready confirmation after this period, you may contact support for assistance.
