The Seequent store offers a convenient way to purchase named licenses for Seequent software
Our Subscription Types
Named: Open access for dedicated users
The named seat option allows unlimited use of the software for a dedicated user for the subscription period. Named seat purchases through the store are for a period of 12 months.
This offers the security of predictable costs while allowing unrestricted usage for a named user. You can work anywhere with the ability to go offline for up to 30 days – great for remote field locations or client offices without easy internet access.
Shared: Maximise the value of Seequent solutions across your team or organisation
Each shared seat allows any number of users to access the software over 12 months, limited to one user per seat at any given time.
Users select the number of days they need at the start of the project. If they are finished early, signing out will free up the seat for the next user. You can work anywhere with the ability to go offline for up to 30 days – great for remote field locations or client offices without easy internet access.

How to buy
Purchasing software is easy:
- Select the Seequent software you need and add them to your cart.
- Complete the subscription purchase from our secure online shopping cart using a preferred payment method.
- You’ll receive an email to register and access your named seat subscription licenses.
- Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months.
About Seequent ID and Bentley ID
- For purchases made through the Seequent store, you need to sign into the software using your Bentley ID.
- For users with a Seequent ID, you need to create a personal Bentley account.
- Anyone can create a personal Bentley account – visit https://connect.bentley.com/ and select Register Now to create a new account.
- Seequent software can be accessed using Bentley or Seequent ID's.

What are my payment options?
You can pay with credit cards, bank cards, Direct Debit, SEPA and Trustly. Payment methods available vary by billing country.
How do I get a refund or cancel my purchase?
- None of the included Keys have been redeemed prior to cancellation request.
- Product usage reports are consistent with the request for cancellation.

How do I fix my payment errors or declines?
If you encounter payment errors, please check the following:
- Purchasecredittransaction limits. Your card or bank account may be subjected to certain transaction limits. Call your banking institution to ask them to authorize the transaction or request information on any limits that may be in placed.
- Card number and expiry date are correct.
- Name and address matches the card or bank account.
- Account number, sort code, BICSWIFTIBAN number is correct.
How do I get a refund or cancel my purchase?
Taxes
Sales tax may be payable depending on your billing country. Any sales tax will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. If you are tax exempt or a sole trader that is not VAT registered please see “Tax exemption requests” below.
Fees
Some payment methods may incur fees from your bank. Please check with your bank before purchasing if any fees will be applicable.
How do I request a tax exemption?
- You must first create an account on Virtuosity.com.
- Once you have an account, you can request the tax exemption using the form on here.
- Virtuosity will validate your information and setup your tax exemption in Vertex, our tax compliance software.
- Once your request has been approved, we will notify you via email.
- Then you can log onto your account to make your purchase without taxes added to your order.
What do I do when I see tax errors?
If you see tax added at the payment stage, click Back and do the following:
- Remove the country ISO code from the start of your VAT number.
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
