That’s why every software purchase through Virtuosity comes with a Virtuoso Subscription which bundles your software license with “Keys” or credits that can be redeemed for expert services, consulting, training, and more. This ensures that you have both the software you need and the support you need to get started right away.

You can get quick access to our experts via the web chat on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. As a Virtuoso Subscriber, we want you to have the best user experience possible and your success is our business.

Once your order is complete and payment has been received, here’s what to expect next:

  • You will receive an email (if you have not already) with the following subject line: “Your Bentley licensing information”
  • You will be contacted by a member of our User Success team over the coming days to create a customized plan to redeem your “Keys” for expert services, training, consulting, and/or mentoring to ensure you maximize the return on your investment. Our goal is to ensure that you get the most out of your Virtuoso Subscription. In the meantime, feel free to explore our Learning Paths, browse our Product Communities or check out the library of Training.

  • Looking for your invoice?
